Stainless steel mixing bowl and mixer. Between the two tanks there is thermal oil to ensure that the cream does not burn or stick to the internal cooking surface (operation in a water bath). The cooking is quick and homogeneous; or by means of electric resistance (in stainless steel) with variable power, regulated by a Tele-Thermostat.


An acoustic detector (timer with a ring) signals the operator that the product has been cooked, its extraction is facilitated by the lever that allows the rotation of the tank. It is also equipped with a protective anti-injury grid.


Our cream cooker has been designed for the preparation of any hot cream, zabaglione, chocolate softening, prepare ice cream body, as well as various gastronomic dough (risotto, polenta, béchamel etc.) Due to its functional characteristics it has proved an indispensable tool for modern confectioneries, ice cream parlors and large kitchens.
