Aluminized steel pan for pastry and pizza
Trays specific for the use in pastry, pizzerias and bakeries made of aluminized sheet metal, are ideal for baking up to 295 °C (above this threshold can be deformed). The aluminium-coated trays are made of 90% aluminum and 10% silicon, which makes them very resistant to oxidation, so they are also recommended for use in fermentation and deep freezing cells.
