"ROWZER PLUS" is a professional processor and emulsifier of frozen food.

Compact in its shapes and design this is a tool that makes it possible to transform any food properly frozen previously into a sorbet or mousse with a consistency and a temperature that are always perfect. The process takes place without having to thaw the product because it is possible to program the appliance in such a way that it only processes the desired amount without thawing the rest inside the container. To this end, it will be necessary to freeze a maximum of 800 g of product in special containers qith a capacity of 1 lt, at a temperature of -20° C / -22 °C.
