Porfessional dough rounders

Built with a patented vertical system. The machine operates with lateral crushing of the dough in combination with the rotation of the cylinder and creates the spherical shape of the inserted dough. PALs are capable of producing 3500-4000 balls of dough per hour from 20 grams up to 300 grams per mod. PAL 300 - are completely removable for easy cleaning.

Versions with Teflon interiors for wetter doughs are also available
