Digital Scioglichoc are chocolate heating machines are chocolate melters designed and studied to melt, merge and keep chocolate at temperature. Scioglichoc are composed of a resistant plastic structure, removable stainless steel containers and lids, to ensure rapid and effective cleaning. Each chocolate melter uses a dry system to heat the containers on the bottom and sides, in order to obtain a uniform temperature of the chocolate.
Digital Scioglichoc control the temperature of the chocolate via a probe and digital thermostat for precise setting of the chocolate temperature.
