Equipped with two separate refrigeration and mixing systems. The stain is equipped with sophisticated software that manages its operation.

The user, in addition to the normal manual operation, has at his disposal:
- 4 specific cream-coating programmes (Classic ice cream - Semi-Soft ice cream - Granita - Rapid removal).
- 4 specific conservation programmes to be selected according to the different needs and characteristics of the product.
These automatic programs, in addition to ensuring the optimal result, make the machine completely autonomous leaving the user free to dedicate himself to other activities.
