The upper surface is completely covered by a green Teflon Du Pont film. Cost savings and better food quality Teflon coating allows to drastically reduce the use of oils, fats and waxes, resulting in a saving and increase in the quality and durability of the finished product.
Instructions for use The maximum temperature that can be sustained continuously by the Teflon coating is 200° C. For a longer life of the coating, it is recommended to use tools made of wood or special plastic, Avoiding metal or other materials that could scratch the teflon surface.
